The first beach is only 50 m away from the apartment, a small grocery store is at 50 m from the apartments, a larger supermarket and a supermarket is 2000 m away. The center of town, souvenir shops and restaurants are 300 meters away from the apartments.
 
Šparadići is a small tourist destination located on a half way between Šibenik and Primošten. Sparadici is surrounded by beautiful beaches and numerous secluded coves, and there for are visited by many tourists. The entire area is covered with pine trees that partly extend al the way to the shore, providing with thick shade even during the hottest summer days
Sparadici is a great starting point for many excursions, located near two national parks, and the cities of Primosten (10 km)  and Sibenik (15 km) offer plenty of entertainment and events throughout the season.
Grebaštica is a small picturesque village, 15 km south of Sibenik, situated in a bay near the peninsula Oštrica. Grebastica is connected with Sibenik by regular bus lines.
